Every project starts with a discovery call where we talk through your business, your goals, and what you need. From there, I'll recommend the right package and send over a proposal. Once we kick off, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire so I have everything I need: your story, your services, your audience, your aesthetic preferences. I'll handle the design, you'll review and give feedback, and we'll refine together until it's right. At the end of the project, I'll deliver all files and record a video tutorial so you know exactly how to manage everything going forward.
-
Every project is different, so I'd rather give you an accurate quote based on your actual needs than post a number that might not apply. That said, I know budget matters, especially for small businesses. Fill out the inquiry form with some details about your project and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with a clear breakdown. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Branding starts at $1,200
Websites start at $3,200
Website in a Day intensive starts at $1,800

Yes, I require a 25% deposit to secure your spot on my calendar. The remaining balance is split into payments throughout the project, which I'll outline in the proposal. I use contracts for every project so we're both on the same page about scope, timeline, and deliverables.
-
Branding projects typically take 4–6 weeks. Website projects take 4–8 weeks depending on the number of pages and complexity. The "Website in a Day" package is exactly what it sounds like, done in one focused session. Timelines depend heavily on how quickly you can provide content and feedback. The more prepared you are going in, the faster we move.
-
Absolutely. Most of my clients aren't local. Everything is done remotely, discovery calls on Zoom, design reviews via screen share, files delivered digitally. It's seamless regardless of where you're located.
-
That's completely normal. Every project includes a detailed questionnaire designed to help you organize your thoughts and pull out the information I need. Your story, your services, what makes you different. I can guide you through refining what you've written, and if you need professional copywriting, I can recommend someone.
Branding
-
Yes, every logo I design is created as a vector, which means it scales to any size without losing quality. Whether it's on a business card or a building sign, it'll look sharp. You'll receive your logo suite in multiple formats (SVG, PNG, PDF) so you're covered for print, web, and everything in between.
-
A logo is just one piece. A full brand identity includes a logo suite (primary logo, secondary logo, submark, and favicon), a defined color palette, typography selections, and a brand style guide that documents everything so you or any designer you work with in the future can keep things consistent. Depending on the package, it can also include patterns, brand elements, and social media templates.
-
I can deliver Canva-compatible templates if that's helpful for your day-to-day social media and marketing. Other than social media templates, if you want an editable Canva file this will be something that needs to be mentioned before the project beings. Canva does have limitations with very large documents, complex layouts, or print-ready files, so some deliverables work better in professional formats.
Website

Yes and that's the whole point. I build on Squarespace and Shopify specifically because they're platforms you can manage yourself. At the end of every project, I record a personalized video tutorial walking you through exactly how to update text, swap images, add pages, and publish changes. You won't need to hire a developer to change a phone number.
-
Every website I build includes SEO foundations: meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, sitemap setup, and clean URL structure. These are the elements that help Google understand what your site is about and show it to the right people. SEO is a long game, and what I set up is the foundation.

For most small businesses, especially service-based businesses, Squarespace is the better choice. It's an all-in-one platform, which means hosting, security, SSL certificates, and software updates are all handled for you. There are no plugins to maintain, no security vulnerabilities to worry about, and no need to pay someone a monthly fee to keep the lights on. You get a professional, fast, reliable website that you can update yourself. WordPress has its place for very complex sites, but for the businesses I work with, Squarespace delivers a better experience with far less overhead.
-
No and this is a common misconception. Squarespace handles hosting, security, and platform updates automatically. Unlike WordPress, there are no plugins to update or servers to manage. The video tutorial I provide teaches you how to handle content updates yourself. The only ongoing cost is your Squarespace subscription (which goes directly to Squarespace, not to me). If you want ongoing design support for things like new pages, seasonal updates, or marketing materials, that's what my monthly retainer is for, but it's entirely optional, not a requirement.

Yes for product-based businesses I build on Shopify, which is purpose-built for e-commerce. Shopify handles inventory management, payment processing, shipping, and tax calculations. I design custom storefronts with product pages built to convert, not just display. For service-based businesses that just need to sell a few digital products or gift cards, Squarespace's built-in commerce features are usually sufficient.
